Sendspark Pro users can now:
- See viewer sessions (instead of just “totals”)
For deeper insight into each video play, call-to-action (CTA) click, and likes - Identify who is watching your videos
As long as viewers are logged in with their Sendspark accounts - Track viewers
To get the full story behind each session by tracking viewers’ locations (city and state or country), devices, and IP addresses - Viewer Heatmaps & Percentage Watched
See exactly which parts of your videos viewers watched, so you can follow up.
When implementing the new video tracking analytics, the Sendspark team had to reset the admin dashboard on 19 January 2022. If you want to access your data from before this date, simply click on “Switch to Legacy Analytics”.
Note that this feature is currently in beta. It is available in Sendspark Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
