In version 1.5.7, Fluent Support rolled out a global customer search, a new customer password reset option, and more to their helpdesk and support ticketing system for WordPress.
- New Logout Option
Fluent Support added a new (optional) logout button which allows your customers to log out from their customer portal with just one click.
- New Customer Password Reset Option
The helpdesk plugin introduced a new password reset option for customers. When they request a new password, they will receive an email with a link to reset it.
- Global Customer Search
Due to popular demand, your support agents can now search for customers globally and create a ticket. To create a ticket from the backend, the user no longer needs to be a Fluent Support customer. It is sufficient if the user in question exists in WooCommerce, FluentCRM, LearnDash or another integrated platform. Support staff only need to enter the user’s email address to create a new ticket on behalf of that user.
In other news, they added a new ticket creation template which allows support agents to use saved replies for creating a ticket on behalf of a customer. Lastly, they introduced a new reset option for agent avatars.
