Target Contacts Based on Engagement
Workflows have received a major update, giving you more flexibility to target contacts based on how they interact with your outbound messages. This update adds 39 new triggers and over 10 new decision groups.
You can now create workflows based on a wide range of contact activities, such as
- Viewed, started or submitted a form,
- Opened an email,
- Clicking a link in an email, and
- Completed a product tour.
You can now better target your audience, improve engagement, and guide contacts through personalized journeys with these new triggers.
Contact History in Workflows
Gist now allows you to view detailed contact information for all blocks within your workflows. Simply click on any delay, day or message block within a workflow to see a detailed view of each contact’s journey through that block.
Here’s what you’ll see:
- Where each contact is in their journey.
- When they reached the block.
- How long they’ve been in the block.
- When they left the block.
