Gleap Releases New Better Stack Integration

Lukas from Gleap has just announced the launch of a new Better Stack integration for the customer support platform. This new feature allows you to automatically display incident statuses in the Gleap widget.

New Better Stack Integration

Thanks to the new Better Stack integration, Gleap has bridged the gap between your DevOps and support teams. You can now display live system status directly in the Gleap widget.

The integration retrieves data from your status page and makes it accessible in the following two locations:

• Widget Home: The widget home screen displays a real-time system status indicator.
• Gleap AI (aka Kai): Kai is aware of any current or recent incidents, degraded services or scheduled maintenance when customers ask about issues or downtime, and can respond accordingly.

Your customers will now see an overview of the live system status as soon as they open the Gleap widget, so there’s no need for them to ask about outages or check an external status page.
