Gorgias Improves Returns & Exchanges Process

Gorgias were always asked to improve the exchange/return process, as it’s a massive pain during the holidays and on Black Friday. Good news, Gorgias can now detect intentions about returns and exchanges by artificial intelligence (AI) and filter a “view” for them so that support can react immediately.
You are now able to create automations to address these enquiries that show a return intent and continue to reduce the time spent on them. Also you can manage re-orders and replacements right from Gorgias. Pretty cool, eh?
Support agents can now perform Shopify actions directly in Gorgias – and thus save several minutes per return or re-order request.
When creating a new order in Gorgias, you can:
- Add products via the search input
- Add custom items
- Change quantities
- Remove items
- Add a note & tags
- Apply a global discount (percentage or fixed amount)
- Add shipping & charge taxes
Additionally, you can send it as an email attachment to capture payments.
