Gist Knowledge Base Now Supports Multiple Languages

Jitta from Gist has just announced an exciting update to the knowledge base of their customer support tool, which now supports multiple languages. They have also introduced a new Articles API.

With multilingual support in the Knowledge Base, you can finally provide self-service support in your customers’ native languages. You can easily manage translations of articles, collections and sections, and display localized content based on the site visitor’s browser language setting.

This should help to reduce the number of support requests you receive.

New Articles API

Following recent improvements to article organization and search, Gist has now launched a new Articles API. It allows you to programmatically create, read, update or delete help center articles in Gist. You can also synchronise your articles across platforms, such as CMSs and third-party knowledge bases, to provide consistent support information to your users.
