Gravity Forms Officially Releases Moderation Add-on

Gravity Forms has recently introduced the new Moderation add-on to their form builder plugin for WordPress. It adds an extra layer of security to protect your team members from inappropriate, potentially threatening or harmful content.

The new Moderation add-on for Gravity Forms does exactly what it says on the tin. It allows you to filter incoming form submissions based on toxicity.

The add-on helps combat online abuse and harassment, and reduces toxic and abusive behaviour. Powered by the Perspective API provided by Jigsaw and Google, it uses machine learning algorithms to analyse and filter out form submissions. Form entries that are deemed to be toxic by the API can either be deleted immediately or sent to the Toxic Entry Box on the Entries List page.

Check out the features:

  • Select toxicity attributes to filter
  • Specify a toxicity threshold
  • Add custom list of toxic words
  • Choose action for toxic form submissions
  • Set up confirmations and notifications for abusive and inappropriate submissions

Note that the Moderation add-on is only available with a Gravity Forms Elite license.
