Heartbeat Overhaules Invitation Links
The Heartbeat team has just revamped the invitation links on their SaaS community platform to allow for pre-approved emails, better email sending, easier editing and more.
Better Invitation Links
Heartbeat has made a number of new improvements to invitation links, including
- Pre-approved links: Limit an invite link to a pre-approved set of emails.
- Invite links now work for existing members. You can now easily add existing members to new groups with invite links.
- Resend invite emails: Track and resend invite emails to members.
- Set an invite link as the ‘Sign Up’ button for your community at Settings > Custom Domain. You can now select a default invitation link to use for your community’s “Sign Up” button.
Finally, you are now able to update existing link permissions without changing the Heartbeat invitation link code. Did you know that they have recently introduced customizable sign-up pages?
