Moosend Receives CSA Certification

Moosend has just announced that its email marketing automation platform has been certified by CSA, short for Certified Senders Alliance.

CSA Certification

The CSA certifies commercial email senders that adhere to high quality standards.

What does it mean? Well, a CSA certification gives Moosend deliverability advantages with international mailbox and spam filter providers. The IP addresses of Moosend and Sitecore Send are part of the Certified IP List. A large number of ISPs and spam filter providers access this list and rate CSA senders as trustworthy. As a result, CSA senders enjoy deliverability benefits such as:

  • Improved inbox rate
  • Increased send speed
  • IP warming benefits
  • Troubleshooting with mailbox providers via the CSA

In summary, a good reputation ensures that emails sent with Moosend are reliably delivered to inboxes.
