PS: You can now add more than just one contact option to your HelpShelf widget. Thatโ€™s perfect if you want to offer email, as well as chat support to your site visitors. Since October 2020, HelpShelf also comes with full support for single page apps (SPA).

You can now also restrict your various contact options to days and times. For example, you can make your chat provider available on weekdays during office hours and after that you can only be reached by e-mail.
