Basically, itโ€™s not just another product launch, but a “shift in the email industry” really. The toolkit has been designed with one purpose in mind: To work faster and more effective when collaborating with your team members on emails. It comes with role management, multi-user collaboration, locked sections, and advanced template management to simplify your teamwork.

  • Team management including control of user permissions
  • Collaboration & Comments: Work together on email templates in real-time
  • Ability to search, sort, label and manage email templates via the template gallery
  • Locked Sections: Brand protection by locking styles and/or content of specific sections
  • Publication Requests: Option to restrict users from publishing emails without permission

Note that this toolkit is available for Premium and Enterprise plans only. There is one limitation though. You can get your hands on user roles by going for a Premium with a minimum of 60k emails.
