Metorik: Connect Multiple Facebook Ad Accounts

Once again, it was yet another busy month for the Metorik team. They added an option to connect multiple Facebook Ad accounts, new dashboard and digest cards for costs, and more to their WooCommerce and Shopify “Store co-pilot”.

Last month they introduced a new advertising costs feature to their cost and profit system (COGS). Everything you need to do is to connect Google Ads, Facebook Ads and/or a CSV file and they will automatically sync the advertising costs. However, since it is common to use multiple Facebook Ads accounts, a new feature has just been added that allows you to connect multiple Facebook Ads accounts to one Metorik store.

Existing stores can do this simply by reconnecting the Facebook Ads integration. Now you can see both the ad cost per account and the total ad cost in Metorik.

They also added a few new dashboard and digest report cards for total cost, product cost, shipping cost, transaction cost, advertising cost, and extra cost. These are useful for customers who are using custom dashboards and digests.

They have also made it much easier to select a dashboard layout (both custom and suggested) by adding a search feature.

Better Phone Number Support For Cart Tracking

It is now a lot easier to view phone numbers for both guest and customer shopping carts. You can even include them in cart exports. However, it is not yet possible to send SMS recovery messages, but this may happen in the future as they now have better phone support for shopping carts.

In other news, Metorik added several new ‘refunded order’ filters to the refunds page including refunded order country, refunded order currency, and more.
