Welcome to the 107th issue of The Pier. SureForms has announced that front-end post submissions are coming soon. You’ll be able to create a form and link it to a custom post type. When someone submits the form, the content will be created right on your website. This is a significant step forward in terms of streamlining content creation and enabling direct user contributions.

SureDash has announced a new Hidden Spaces feature that allows you to hide any space with just a few clicks. This paves the way for Space Collections, which will provide even more powerful ways to organize and use SureDash. Next up are a Resource Library and Events.

Did you know that you can use the combination of Gravity Forms Populate Anything and the beautiful card design options of JetSloth’s Enhanced Choices to populate almost anything in your Gravity Forms fields?

Excited: Presto Player has just announced Presto Popups, an upcoming feature that will allow you to easily add eye-catching video popups to your WordPress site. It’ll be ready in a week or two!

👋 Say hello to MagicChecklists 2.0

Christian from MagicPlugins has just released MagicChecklists 2.0, featuring a brand new design, interface and codebase for the WordPress workflow plugin.

It also comes with a built-in tour creator that allows you to create visual product tours for both the front and back ends. New features include publisher checklists, a dashboard widget, checklist analytics and an item locking mechanism.

WordPress

Oxygen 6.0 Beta 2 is now available and includes a wide range of new features, such as inline component editing, the ability to add elements using HTML tags, a template content area element, masonry layouts, Element Studio, the ability to turn a site into a design library, improved CSS grid controls and UI improvements.

Dancepad 2.0 introduces a new site loader for Breakdance, as well as 44 new elements, including FlipFlop buttons, an audio player, looping tabs and more.

Lesley and Ahmed, the former founders of Newsletter Glue, are set to launch EventKoi soon. It’s a WordPress event calendar plugin.

SearchWP 4.5.0 introduces promoted search ads and ARIA attributes to search forms. New elements have also been added to Search Forms and Results templates for Elementor, Divi, Oxygen, Breakdance, Bricks, WPBakery and Beaver Builder.

BricksSync 1.0 adds WP-CLI and Cron support for automation. Lifetime licenses are now available again!

SureForms announces that PDF generation, user registration and login forms are coming soon.

SureRank 1.0.0 is now available for free on the WordPress repository.

Spaces Engine 1.6 for BuddyBoss introduces a new claims system. Once activated for all or selected spaces, users will see a ‘Claim’ button in the space header. Clicking this button will add them to a list of Space Claims in the backend. You can then choose to approve or reject their claim. If you approve it, they will become the owner of the claimed space. You can also specify a page to which to redirect users when they make a claim; for example, you could redirect them to a contact form where they can provide further evidence.

E-Commerce

There’s a new e-commerce plugin in town! Could EasyCommerce be a viable alternative to WooCommerce, SureCart and Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), as well as the upcoming FluentCart?

WPSix releases new WooCommerce Gallery plugin for Breakdance.

Lightfunnels releases new AliExpress app to make dropshipping easier (video).

ContentStudio introduces post templates, enabling you to create, save and reuse complete post structures. This enables you to publish more quickly and maintain consistency across all your channels.

Thanks to the TinyKiwi integration, FeedHive now supports custom design templates. Also new is the improved white label experience. Next up: AI image generation, brand briefs and brand consistency with AI, and an improved automation experience.

Nuelink introduces multi-polls. Simply write a single question and push it to Threads, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Mastodon and Telegram all in one go.

Experience Management

Formbricks now supports domain separation! The new Public/Private Domain Split feature allows you to serve surveys and public APIs from a separate domain, thereby keeping your admin interface secure. This feature is available for free in the Community Edition.

mTransition Zoom 3 is a pack of 50 dynamic zoom transitions for Final Cut Pro. Now available in MotionVFX DesignStudio.

Digital Signage

Juuno releases its new GDrive app in beta. It searches Google Drive for new images every five minutes, caches photos in case you go offline, and displays them in a slideshow.

Reputation Management

With EmbedMyReviews, you can now sync and collect reviews from ServiceSeeking in Australia. If your customer runs multiple organizations, not just locations, they can now display all reviews from different organizations in a single widget.
