Welcome to the 126th issue of The Pier. Mosaic is a complete new theme builder and design system for WordPress, which is currently in beta. It claims to eliminate design limitations in WordPress. Mosaic has been developed by the Nextend team, who are also responsible for Smart Slider 3. Watch the Getting Started video to find out more.

Wow: Adam from SureCart has just launched Sigmize, a new split testing platform compatible with WordPress, Shopify, Framer, Wix and Webflow. Offering an alternative to AB Split Test, Sigmize features tight e-commerce integration with WooCommerce, SureCart and EDD, as well as heatmaps and session recording. Adam has also announced the imminent release of SureRank Pro. In addition, SureCRM and a new cookie consent management plugin will be launched in January.

Like Webstudio, Ycode is currently developing an open source version of its no-code website builder. With Ycode Open Source, you’ll be able to run Ycode on your own infrastructure, customize it freely and contribute improvements or build plugins. The open source version will include everything you already know and love: the visual builder, CMS and website — all in one Next.js app. It will also support multiple users and real-time collaboration. Coming early next year!

ACPT releases a new integration with Dynamic Shortcodes, enabling the latter to retrieve and display ACPT fields – including repeaters and flexible content – on Elementor, Bricks, Gutenberg, Oxygen, FSE, Breakdance and WPBakery.

uiXpress 1.2 introduces a modern media library and a new dashboard with built-in analytics, as well as major improvements across the board.

With WowOptin 1.4.17, you can now embed an inline opt-in directly, without using a shortcode.

Confetti 2.0 will soon be available, adding support for custom SVG shapes and emojis that can be used in your confetti. You will also be able to create multiple instances with more than one confetti style, which can be used in various areas of your site.

Fluent Forms 6.1.5 introduces a new form styler for Gutenberg, as well as support for accordion and tab input fields. It also supports the Authorize.Net payment gateway.

Elementor 3.33 introduces new tools to Editor V4, offering advanced design consistency and customization. This version introduces the Variables Manager, element-level custom CSS, native blend mode controls and more.

Voxel Review Widget 1.2.0 now allows you to manually set the review average in the settings for all posts in Voxel.

Presto Player 4.0.3 now allows you to use the ratio parameter in the shortcode to adjust the aspect ratio of your videos.

WP Dark Mode is introducing an AI-powered custom theme generator, new switches and intelligent dark mode integration.

Amelia introduces QR code e-tickets, which allow organizers and staff to quickly and easily verify attendees at on-site events. Each attendee receives a unique QR code on their ticket, which can be scanned at the entrance to gain quick and secure access.

Modula Lite 2.13.0 enhances SEO capabilities by integrating gallery images into XML sitemaps generated by the popular SEO plugins Yoast SEO, Rank Math and SEOPress.

Divi 5 now allows you to stack multiple presets on elements and groups, as well as nest group presets inside element presets.

WPChat by Smash Balloon is a new chat plugin designed to improve customer support.

Booktics adds a new group booking feature that makes it easy for customers to book for multiple people.

SureCart 3.16.4 introduces the ability to delete customers in bulk.

Marketing for SureCart 1.3 adds an optional site-wide banner at the top of the site to display the active discount message. There are also new coupon code and value variables for the discount message.

AB Split Test 2.2.2 introduces a new ‘Record all visitors’ option for Heatmaps. The Solo plan will be discontinued on 1 December.

ContentStudio releases new Pabbly Connect integration to help you create fully automated social media workflows (video).

Lightfunnels finally allows you to add multiple products as order bumps (video).

LMS / E-Learning

Tutor LMS 3.9.2 adds a payment option for manual enrolment in native eCommerce. Strict mode now also prevents course completion if any assignment is failed.

ServerAvatar 7.15.0 features an 8GB firewall integration to enhance security against spam bots, SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks and malicious requests.

xCloud now allows you to host Nextcloud with ease, the open source content collaboration platform.

Kinsta announces new bandwidth-based managed WordPress hosting plans to complement its existing visitor-based plans.

Podcasts

Castmagic brings back the YouTube link importer. In addition, you can also upload custom image backgrounds and remove the Castmagic branding from your audiograms and clips.

Job Boards

Job Boardly now supports filters on Greenhouse boards via the Magic Aggregator. You can now apply a filter to a Greenhouse job board and import the results using Job Boardly. This enables you to import results based on industry or keywords without importing all the jobs on the board.

LiveAgents announces an upcoming integration with Telegram.
