Welcome to the 143rd issue of The Pier. RightPlace has been completely rebuilt from scratch. What began life as a WordPress management tool has evolved into a comprehensive development workspace. It’s one app for every site, server, and service you manage. Version 1.0.0-RC1 for Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) is now available!

⏰ LTD Ending: Etch has announced that its Freelancer and Agency LTDs will no longer be available after 31 March. The Agency Elite LTD will be the only LTD available after this date, and the number of installs has been increased from 250 to unlimited.

🚀 Launch: José from Next Bricks has released his latest plugin, Wannacheckout. It’s a conversion-focused checkout plugin that transforms the checkout process into a beautiful, seamless modal experience. It works with SureCart and will eventually support WooCommerce and FluentCart.

🤙 Exciting: Over the next few weeks, Elementor will be rolling out four major product releases. Although these tools will be available to all users, those with an Elementor One subscription will have access to advanced, premium capabilities. Keep an eye out for Site Management, Angie (Agentic AI for WordPress), Editor V4 and Cookie Consent.

🥳 Milestone: GitHub Copilot CLI has moved out of preview and is now generally available.

With Gleap, you can now upload a CSV file and send outbound emails directly to your imported contacts. This is great news if you want to run an outreach campaign, re-engage a list from another tool or reach out to event attendees.

WordPress

Etch 1.4.2 features an opt-in preview of the redesigned component editor, which is still a work in progress. So far, it has updated the property panels for text, Boolean, loop and group props. This release marks the beginning of Etch Intelligence – the system behind a smarter Etch AI.

Novashare adds new ‘Share’ and ‘Follow’ buttons for Gab.

WP Umbrella 2.22.0 introduces an on-demand broken link checker.

Trustwards will be turned into a CMP plugin for WordPress and will offer unlimited sites and visits.

MainWP releases new Patchstack add-on (video).

Amelia 9.2 adds full RTL support.

All Modula add-ons are now included in Modula Pro, so there’s no need to install and manage multiple plugins separately anymore. In other news, Modula Albums now supports nested album hierarchies, also known as multi-level albums.

ZoloBlocks 2.7.0 introduces a variety of new Gutenberg blocks: Tag Cloud, List, Counter, Pricing Table, Tabs, Advanced Heading and Post List. The Pro version introduces a new Modal block.

EventKoi improves the stability of over 10k events and adds automated tests and a new Beaver Builder integration.

The Plus Addons for Elementor Accordion widget now supports ACF Repeater fields. This allows you to display structured content such as FAQs or feature lists directly from custom fields (video).

The fifth beta version of the new Droip UX features a new Font Manager, a redesigned Media Picker, and an enhanced Padding and Margin Controller.

Font Hero 2.3.0 is a complete rewrite featuring modern architecture and powerful new capabilities, including automatic font subsetting, font stacks, font pairing presets and Adobe Fonts (Typekit) integration. You can also import fonts from block themes, Bricks Builder, Oxygen Builder and Swiss Knife Pro.

E-Commerce

SureCart 4.0.3 introduces new Dark Mode branding settings for the store logo and theme colours. There is also a new ‘Cart subtotal scratch amount’ block for displaying a strikethrough discount on the cart.

Ollie now fully supports WooCommerce.

Donations & Crowdfunding

Growfund 1.0.9 introduces a new ‘Local Pickup’ option for rewards, enabling backers to collect their rewards from a physical location. This feature is perfect for local events or community campaigns.

Food Blogs

Recipe Card Blocks Pro 6.3.0 introduces an Ingredients Manager, which makes it easier to manage and reuse ingredients across recipes. There is also a new Ingredient Scanner that allows you to add all your ingredients to the database for easier management. Version 7.0.0 introduces a new base style for modern recipe layouts, as well as major styling improvements across existing skins. It also offers performance improvements and a better block editor experience.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

SureContact 1.3.1 now supports the WordPress Abilities API for AI-powered interactions. Additionally, the SureContact MCP Server is now officially available! This AI assistant can help you manage your account. For example, you can ask it to find all the contacts who clicked a link in the last campaign and give them a ‘Hot Lead’ tag.

Postcards introduces a new AI-powered email design analyzer that allows you to scan your email using built-in AI technology to receive a detailed design review and clear improvement recommendations.

Web Development

Polyscope is a native Mac app that enables you to run multiple AI coding agents simultaneously, each with its own isolated copy of your codebase. Describe what you want, let the agents build it, then review the results. Think of it as upgrading from copilot to cockpit.

LMS / E-Learning

MemberPress releases its new AI Course Generator. Now, you can chat your way to a fully fledged, revenue-generating course in minutes.

Landing Pages

Swipe Pages has released many updates to its AI page builder, including a new plan mode that results in significantly better execution of complex edits. New features include AI Image Generation, support for multiple conversations, and analytics for AI-generated pages. Leads generated from AI-built pages can now be accessed in your workflows and webhooks.

WhatsApp Automation

In Pabbly Chatflow, you can now enable or disable email notifications for workflow errors directly from your account settings.

Gleap adds support for GPT-5.4 to its AI chatbot, Kai.

ThriveDesk now allows you to schedule replies to be sent at the exact right time, based on your agent’s time zone. Similar to the new Snooze Ticket feature, it supports natural language scheduling.

Remention now tracks mentions on YouTube and completely redesigns its onboarding wizard.

Nuelink now allows you to publish trial reels, enabling you to test your content before rolling it out to your entire audience.

Job Boards

Job Boardly adds dark mode support, as well as a new option to set custom SEO titles for job boards. Job board owners can now display the exact date of job listings, rather than the default ‘x days ago’ relative date format. Finally, the XML feed has left beta.

MailerLite announces the upcoming launch of MailerLite Bookings, which is scheduled for release in mid-March. This all-in-one scheduling tool will allow you to manage one-to-one appointments and group sessions directly within your MailerLite account.

Personalized Outreach

Sendr introduces new webhook triggers to its Automation Builder, enabling your campaigns to respond automatically to engagement. You can now set triggers when someone visits your page, plays a video or audio file, clicks a button, books a meeting or reacts to or comments on your page.

Live Streaming

HeyStream now allows you to temporarily promote participants to the stage. There is also a new Reactions feature, as well as the ability to add on-screen content, such as a news ticker, banner, lower-third or graphics.
