The latest update reworks email notifications with the inclusion of Summary Emails. ProjectHuddle will automatically rollup project activity into a single email for project members. You can enable this feature at ProjectHuddle > Settings > Emails.

Check out the benefits:

  • Automatic Email Digests
Automatic email summaries organizes activity into an easily digestable summary, so you can stay on top of projects without the constant pings of email.
  • Control Frequency
Choose to send rollup emails every 5 minutes, 30 minutes or 3 hours.
  • Personalized
Activity emails are personalized to only include relevant activity.

Daily & Weekly Reports

Daily Email Summary
Assignment History

Additionally to these batch e-mails you can easily activate daily and weekly reports. These reports are automatically sent and keep everyone up to date on the project’s progress, without having to constantly check emails or project status.

You can either send them automatically or manually:

  • Automatic
Set automatic daily and weekly reports and forget about client check-ins for good.
  • Manual Sending
Send daily or weekly reports manually, and even include a private message.

Bonus: You can now see assignment history on conversations to get an idea of who assigned who, and the all-important “who assigned me?”
