Streamline Launches New Material Icon Expansion Sets

Vincent from Streamline has just announced the release of Outlined Line and Outlined Fill icons, which extend Google’s popular Material icons.

Launched almost a decade ago, Google’s Material Icons have quickly become a go-to for designers. It’s a medium sized, versatile library with over 3,000 icons in 5 different styles.

Streamline has extended Material’s outline and fill sets, following Google’s guidelines to maintain consistency. However, they have also refined the iconography to meet higher quality standards. They have also added the original Material icons so you can search, customize and export them all within the Streamline platform. 

They have added icons in various categories such as AI, Business, Household, Privacy, Social, Travel and other Common Actions, bringing the total to ~5,200 Outlined Line icons and ~5,200 Outlined Fill icons.

More Core, Flex, Plump & Sharp Icons

In other news, the Streamline team has added 370 new icons to Core, Flex and Sharp, bringing the total size of each icon set to around 34,200 icons.

Plump is a fun, cartoon-inspired icon set. This update adds approximately 630 icons to Plump, bringing the total size of the icon set to 34,100 icons.
