Userback Releases Session Replay Tags & Event Filters
Jonathan from Userback has just announced the release of tags for session replays and event filters for their visual user feedback and bug reporting tool.
New Features
Session replays are a powerful tool for understanding user behaviour and identifying pain points in your product. However, finding the most relevant sessions and keeping them organized can be time consuming. That’s why Userback introduced tags and event-based filtering.
- Tags for Session Replays:
You can now add custom tags to your session replays, making it easier than ever to categorize and organize sessions based on specific criteria. You can quickly identify relevant sessions, streamline your workflow, and improve collaboration across your team. - Filter Sessions by Events:
They have also introduced the ability to filter session replays by user events. This means you can now search and filter replays based on key events, including page URL criteria, when feedback was submitted, when rage clicks occurred, and when custom events were recorded.
Get Userback and start tagging your sessions and filtering by events to gain deeper insights into your users’ behaviour and easily improve your product experience.
