Userback Introduces Email Forwarding with AI Summary for Internal Use
Jonathan from Userback has just announced the release of a new email forwarding feature for its user feedback platform. It allows you to forward customer feedback directly from your inbox to the relevant project.
Email Forwarding

Email forwarding allows you to forward emails to a unique address associated with a particular project. The Userback AI will clean up and summarize the email, automatically converting it into a feedback ticket complete with a title, description and reporter.
The integration logs will show the original email content before any AI intervention, and all email attachments will be included in the feedback.
To protect your workspace, you can restrict the domains or emails that are permitted to send feedback to your forwarding address. This prevents the email being shared outside your team from being accessed or misused accidentally.
Please note that email forwarding is intended for use by your internal team only, and is not designed to allow your customers to send feedback directly to your Userback projects.
It’s available on Userback Company, Scale, Business Plus, and Premium plans.
