Usermaven Releases Segments, Funnels V2 & Docs Hub

Usermaven has just released yet another update to its privacy-friendly, cookieless web and product analytics platform. Meet segments, revamped funnels, a new docs hub, and more.

Segments

Segments allow you to divide your audience into different groups based on specific criteria. This could be trial users or paying customers, for example. When it comes to analytics, you should really avoid a one-size-fits-all approach. By segmenting your audience, you can gain a much deeper understanding of the behaviour of each segment and make data-driven decisions.

You can also compare the performance of different segments and understand how they impact your overall business metrics.

Usermaven has also revamped its funnels feature with a new design and new insights. In addition to the conversion rate for each step, you can now see the average time spent on each step and a detailed breakdown by country, city, device, browser, OS and more.

This information can help you optimise your funnels and further improve conversion rates.

Improved Conversion Goals

Usermaven’s help documentation has been rebuilt from scratch to provide a better user and learning experience. It’s your central hub to get the most out of the analytics platform.

What’s Next?

Usermaven is currently working on journeys to visualise the paths users take to complete specific actions on your website and in-app. Filtering by source and channel in funnels and segments at company level will also be available soon.
