The folks at Usermaven developers have just introduced visitor journeys, a pinned events query builder and a user list export option to their privacy-friendly, cookieless web and product analytics platform.

Usermaven has introduced visitor journeys aka user journeys. Thanks to this feature, you can see the visitor’s entire journey along with their session history. Easily find out what they did on your website, where they came from, what device they used and more.

Pinned Events Query Builder

Using the new Pinned Events iteration, you are now able to select events based on text labels, CSS attributes, page source URLs and more. This makes it easier to search and select events and automatically captures new buttons and page URLs based on the rules you set.

In addition, the pinned events table has been updated to show you the total, first and last occurrence as well as the event activity in the last 30 days.

User List Export

Usermaven has added an export feature to its analytics platform for the most engaged users, key users, feature adoption and user onboarding. You can then import these user lists into marketing tools, for example, to send targeted emails based on that user behaviour, such as asking for feedback or for most wanted features.

This new feature helps you better understand your users and can also help improve your SaaS.
