Usetiful Announces New Form Editor, Extra Spaces & Product Tour Priority
The Usetiful team has just announced a new form editor, a new priority option for product tours and checklists, and more for its digital adoption and user onboarding platform.
New Features
Let’s dive straight into the new features:
- New Form Editor:
Usetiful will soon introduce a new way to create forms in the editor. No more fiddling with HTML code when creating your own forms. With just a few clicks, you can now create a drop-down list, text and email field, checkbox or radio button list. You can also set questions as mandatory or optional. - Product Tour & Checklist Priorities:
You can now set the priority of your content and ensure that your user onboarding program is displayed in the correct order. Priority settings also resolve conflicts when two tours or checklists are scheduled to be displayed at the same time. - Targeting based on Tour & Checklist Completion:
You can now display content based on the status of product tours or checklists. This allows you to schedule different content to be displayed based on the progress of the user. - Mark as Done Based on Tour Events:
Now you can choose to mark a checkbox as completed at the start or end of the tour. This ensures that your users complete a tour before moving on to the next checklist item. - Customize Content via Tags & Collapse Checklist Option:
You can personalize any content in your checklist using tags. Not only can you customise text, but you can also set up dynamic URLs that include the tag value. Plus, you can set checklists to collapse so they don’t show up as open by default. This new feature also applies to the Assistant button.
In other news, Usetiful Premium users now have access to two Spaces. For example, you can use one Space for testing and one for production, or use the second Space for a separate product or team.
