Usetiful Finally Launches Knowledge Base Portal

The Usetiful team has just announced the release of the brand-new knowledge base portal for its digital adoption and user onboarding platform, available in early access.

With Usetiful’s new Knowledge Base Portal, your users will have access to a wealth of helpful information right at their fingertips, becoming a personalised and comprehensive resource center. From troubleshooting tips to in-depth tutorials, the Usetiful portal has you covered for both in-app users and public visitors.

It comes with easy configuration options, full-text search and access to help articles that integrate both internal knowledge and external links. Plus, the portal is fully customizable to meet your unique needs. It also works seamlessly with Usetifuls’ in-app Assistant.

What’s Next?

Usetiful is currently working on translations that will allow you to create multilingual product tours. In other news, Usetiful forms already allow you to collect full text responses and send them to a third party system via webhooks. They are currently developing the ability to view and analyse them directly in Usetiful Reports.
