The WPML plugin allows you to translate forms without having to create separate forms for each and every language.
You will be able to easily translate form templates, notification messages that are displayed on the front-end, and notification email texts. No matter if you are using the WPML Classic or Advanced Translation editor.
Once the WordPress form has been translated, it will be displayed in the same language as the page. Nice, eh?
