    After updating to the latest version, you can now fully customize the new WordPress core blocks in terms of colours and typography. This includes the new “latest posts”, “login/logout”, and “site title” blocks.

    Lastly, they have improved Astra’s page settings, making them more visual, categorized, and streamlined. They also significantly improved performance by more than 33% compared to the previous version.

    Back in December 2021, the GeneratePress team announced that they would stop developing the WP Show Posts plugin and merge its features with GenerateBlocks. The new Query Loop block lets you create complex lists of posts of any post type directly in the WordPress editor.

      They have integrated a flexible and automatable custom slug feature into the core of Solid Affiliate. As an admin, you can enable automatic slug creation when affiliates sign up, create custom slugs for your affiliates and/or allow your affiliates to create their own custom slugs.
    • Better WooCommerce Subscriptions Integration
      The integration with WooCommerce Subscriptions is now much more stable, the internal test suite is more thorough, and it works well with all referral types within Solid Affiliate.
    • New Admin Order Helpers
      They also introduced admin order helpers that display relevant affiliate and referral information associated with each order placed in your store. For example, Solid Affiliate can now track and explain why a referral was not created for a particular order.

    Lastly, they improved custom affiliate registration forms. The form builder now pre-validates your form and warns you of any errors before it is submitted. This prevents your progress from being lost due to submitting an invalid form.

    We recently published a post that MailerLite has been acquired by Vercom. And the consolidation continues! Postmark and DMARC Digests have just announced that they have been acquired by ActiveCampaign, the popular email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platform.

    Acquisitions are usually always accompanied by questions, especially from existing customers. The good news up front is that Postmark and DMARC Digests will continue to be available as standalone products. Developers will continue to use Postmark via API or SMTP and will not need an ActiveCampaign account.

    What does this mean for Postmark customers?

    • Will Postmark’s pricing change? No.
    • Will Postmark continue to be available as a standalone product or will they integrate into ActiveCampaign? The answer to both questions is yes.
    • Will the team change? The entire Postmark team has been offered and accepted a position with ActiveCampaign.

    They will also work closely with the ActiveCampaign team to integrate Postmark features into the ActiveCampaign product. This includes, for example, the ability to design and send transactional emails from within an automation. ActiveCampaign customers can thus use Postmark without having to use two separate applications.
