BigMarker: Pin Important Messages To Your Chat Panel
The BigMarker team just added a small yet helpful new feature to their webinar hosting and automation platform. It allows you to pin important content to the top of your chat panel by marking them as Sticky in the chat window.
Sticky Messages
Now you can easily create and pin eye-catching, important messages right to the top of your chat. You might think that this little feature is really not worth a post. However, it is very important to optimize the time, engagement and marketing tactics used during a webinar. You can use it to publish a discount or the answer to a frequently asked question for instance.
This Sticky button can be found right beneath your chat window inside the live webinar room. Simply click the it before sending out your message and it’ll pin to the top of your chat panel for all to see.
