Let’s take a look at what’s new in Claspo:

  • New Rating Component:
Want to know how your customers feel immediately after a purchase or support interaction? Claspo’s new rating component makes it easy to measure customer satisfaction at key moments and gather insights you can act on.
  • Improved Data Layer Setup:
Previously, Claspo required both an event_name and a parameter_name to personalize or trigger widgets. Since not everyone structures their data layer the same way, they’ve made the event_name optional. This means that Claspo can now pick up data from any data layer setup.
  • Improved GetResponse Integration:
When you connect Claspo to GetResponse, you will now be able to choose exactly which list you want each widget to send contacts to.

In other news, Claspo has released improvements to optimize your workflow, including smarter language sorting, faster image search and responsive social icons.
