User Management

First things first. The user management feature is only available for Pro Accounts. At the end of this post, however, you will find details about a special lifetime deal you really don’t want to miss out.

In your account settings, you will now find a brand new Users section where you can add and manage up to five account users. This allows you to grant your team access to ConvertBox with specific access rights. You can choose between the following two user roles:

Admins get access to your entire account and settings
Editors can only manage specific sites

Of course, users can be upgraded and downgraded at any time.

Integration Privileges

This new feature works in conjunction with user management and allows you to specify from which sites an integration such as ActiveCampaign, Moosend, Mailchimp or HubSpot can be accessed. You will find this option when you create a new integration or via the new Edit button for existing integrations.
