Creative Market: New Licenses Are In Town
Creative Market just announced some new changes to their marketplace licenses. After listening to customer feedback, they’ve created three new licenses that will simplify your decision process and allow you to power more kinds of creative projects.
New Marketplace Licenses
These are the three license types that have replaced Creative Market’s Standard and Extended Licenses:
- Personal
- Commercial
- Extended Commercial
These changes affect all products, except for fonts at this time. In the coming weeks, they’ll also launch a set of new font-specific licenses to allow you to design confidently, knowing that your projects are covered by the right terms.
Starting now, you’ll also find it easier to purchase additional licenses for different projects with their new seat buying feature. All in all, they’re making it simpler to purchase the right license, at a fair price, with the number of individual seats your projects require.
Note that the products you have already purchased under an old license will keep the allowances in those terms.
