Block Storage Volume Snapshots

After introducing new snapshot pricing back in August, DigitalOcean just announced snapshots for block storage volumes. Just like Droplet snapshots, you can use them to make backups or maintain a certain state. Block storage volume snapshots are charged at $0.05/GB/month.

High Memory Plans

DO’s new high memory droplets start with 16GB and can be scaled up to 224GB of RAM. DigitalOcean is charging $7.50 per-gigabyte of RAM per month.
