Encharge Now Displays People In Flow Steps
Encharge has just rolled out an important quality-of-life improvement for the flows of their email marketing automation platform. You can now finally see people in flow steps.
People In Flow Steps
You can now see all the people who have entered steps in your flows. Simply click on any flow step, then select the person icon in the top right tab.
This People section displays a table of all the people who:
- Were previously on this step
- Are currently on this step (primarily used for the Wait step to display people who are currently waiting)
- Failed on the step (it’s possible that a step fails for some people)
People are listed chronologically, with the most recent people to enter the step at the top. You can see their name, email, and the time they entered the step. Clicking on a profile will take you to that person’s Encharge profile.
