Fluent Forms Introduces Admin Approval for Entries
Fluent Forms has just released version 5.1.7 of its WordPress form builder plugin, introducing admin approval for entries, import entries from CSV, Contact Form 7 migration, and more.
Admin Approval
Previously, you could only enable double opt-in for form submissions, but you didn’t have any control over the approval of new form submissions.
The new admin approval system allows you to manually approve any form submissions. This way, automations or integrations will only be executed after approval.
Unapproved or rejected submissions can be automatically deleted if they are not confirmed within a certain number of days.
What’s More?
In addition to exporting and importing WordPress forms, Fluent Forms now allows you to import form entries via CSV and JSON files.
The new Global Inventory allows you to add multiple products to multiple forms, which are then synchronized from one place. For example, if an item is out of stock in one product form, it will be synced with other forms and an out-of-stock message will be displayed.
Finally, Fluent Forms now allows you to migrate forms from Contact Form 7 (in addition to WPForms, Gravity Forms, and Ninja Forms).
