In version 1.5.6, Fluent Support introduced an advanced FluentCRM integration, agent bookmarks, a new ticket merge option, and much more to their helpdesk and support ticketing system for WordPress.
New FluentCRM Actions
They introduced an advanced integration with FluentCRM. The new actions allow you to add and remove FluentCRM tags and lists from contacts.
Due to popular demand, you can now merge multiple (duplicate) tickets from the same customer including all customer and support agent responses.
New Mailbox Condition
FluentCRM added a mailbox checker condition in workflows. This comes in handy for users with multiple mailboxes. This way, you can run specific automations for each and every mailbox.
New Agent Bookmarks
Bookmarks allow support agents to better handle and find their assigned tickets on the support dashboard. They will expand this feature soon. Stay tuned!
