WooCommerce Subscriptions Integration

The new WooCommerce Subscriptions integration is a so-called tagging meta box integration. It allows you to add or remove tags when creating or editing WooCommerce products.

It comes with the following actions:

• A renewal payment is failed
• A subscription is canceled
• A subscription has expired

EDD Software Licensing Integration

This integration has been created for those who are selling software licenses with the Easy Digital Downloads Software Licensing extension.

It comes with the following triggers:

• License Expired: This starts an automation when a software license is expired.
• Recurring Subscription Expired: This starts when a renewal subscription is expired.

MemberPress Contact Importer

You can now easily import contacts from MemberPress, which is one of the most popular membership plugins for WordPress.

Contact Export Via Advanced Filters

In version 2.5, FluentCRM have introduced an advanced filtering feature. In this version, they have further improved it, allowing you to export contacts that you have found via these advanced filters.

Export/Import Email Sequences

If you want to share email sequences or reuse them on another website, you can now easily export and import them.

New Double Opt-In Bulk Action

If you want to send double opt-in emails to pending contacts for a reactivation campaign, you can now do this in bulk.

New Manual Actions

The FluentCRM team also added the following new manual actions: Delete contact and add contact to automation and email sequences.

You are now able to fetch profile images directly from Fluent Forms entries, the perfect form plugin for FluentCRM.

Smartcode/Merge Tag Transformers

With smartcodes and merge tags you can easily personalize emails, e.g. add the first name (“Hi Maria,”). In the latest version, FluentCRM added smartcode/merge tag transformers which allow you to format a dynamic value with ease. With ucfirst, for example, you can capitalise the first letter of the first name if it is written in lower case in the first place.

On another note, you can now publish automations with just one click. It is no longer necessary to open the automation builder first. You can also save advanced filters as dynamic segments, so you no longer have to create them from scratch when you need them.

In addition, you can add date and time stamps to notes and re-sync a customer’s purchase history. Lastly, the contact type of a contact will automatically be changed from lead to customer after making a purchase

In other news, FluentCRM restructured the campaign scheduling feature. The plugin now detects and adds all relevant contacts to scheduled campaigns, including new contacts added after the campaign was launched. In addition, FluentCRM is now 100% compatible with WP Ultimo, the Website as a Service platform (WaaS).
