Saving Email Templates

FluentCRM also added a small feature that has a huge impact on your overall user experience.

Previously, when you created an email template in the email campaign, email sequence or custom email editor, it was not possible to save the email as a template. Now you can do this simply by clicking on the three little dots.

Lastly, they improved/fixed the CSV import for duplicate contacts with a lowercase letter.

Shortly afterwards, FluentCRM 2.5.7 introduced some useful features for WooCommerce store and LMS site owners. You can now manually contacts to email sequences and to automations directly from the contacts screen.

In addition, they added current order and current course smartcodes for WooCommerce, AffiliateWP, LearnDash and LifterLMS as well as a new email shortcode menu to the editor. These email personalisation smartcodes allow you to easily insert order and course-related data into automated emails, such as order details and course enrollment details.
