New Features

  • Automation Split Testing
FluentCRM now offers an A/B testing aka Split Testing action block to optimize the performance of your automation funnel. For example, you can perform an automation to gather customer feedback and upsell a product after the original purchase. You can split the automation into two paths and set the contact split in percent, asking for different feedback and offering different upsell products. Once you have a winner, you can delete the less effective path.
  • Advanced Wait Action
Previously, you could only set a delay period or a specific date/time using the FluentCRM wait action. Now you can also delay automation for specific days of the week, setting a specific time as well.
  • Restart Automation For Almost All Triggers
FluentCRM now gives you the option to restart automations for almost all available triggers. For example, you can now enable the restart automation feature when you set up an automation funnel with the LearnDash lesson completion trigger. This way, you can make your contacts go through the same automation multiple times!
  • Automation Sequence Filtering
FluentCRM has also introduced sequence filtering in automation, which allows you to filter and track individual contacts by steps you have added within an automation funnel.
  • View Revenue For Specific Emails
To measure the performance of your marketing campaigns, FluentCRM has added revenue metrics to automation funnel emails. This way you can easily find out how much revenue your automation emails are making. You can see the revenue for a specific email from the visual automation builder as well as from the chart report, the step report and the custom email report.
