Automatic Ticket Closing

The new automatic closing feature of Fluent Support allows you to specify which type of support tickets will be automatically closed based on inactivity data or tags.

To enable the feature, navigate to FluentSupport > Global Settings > Auto Close Settings.

You have several options to include or exclude tickets that should be closed automatically:

  • Inactive days
  • Don’t cose a ticket if a customer is still waiting for a response
  • Filter by tags
  • Close silently (without any email notification)
  • Send custom response when closing support tickets

FluentSupport will check all the requests that match all the selected criteria and automatically close the ticket. This job runs hourly.
