Groundhogg Acquires HollerBox
Adrian from Groundhogg just announced that they have acquired HollerBox. It is a simple yet highly converting popup and lead generation plugin for WordPress previously founded and developed by Scott Bolinger of AppPresser.

I’m super excited to add HollerBox to our expanding lineup of WordPress products. There is a lot of room for growth for HollerBox within the Popup market. The need for a simple, (and Groundhogg friendly), popup system is prevelant, one which caters to DIY business owners and agencies.
