group.one has just announced the acquisition of the BackWPup, Adminimize and Search & Replace plugins for WordPress from Germany’s Inpsyde GmbH.

The acquired plugins will join group.one’s growing portfolio of WordPress products managed by WP Media, which includes WP Rocket, Imagify and Rank Math, a popular WordPress SEO plugin.
Inpsyde has been selling the plugins in order to focus more on its consulting and product services and to “work more closely with its clients, like PayPal, Payoneer and Mollie”.
