HeySummit Rolls Out API Beta, Handouts For Talks & LiveWebinar Integration

As we are already used to from the HeySummit developers, the development of the online summit platform is progressing rapidly. They just released four really interesting features including handouts, a better payouts page, a LiveWebinar integration, and an API.

New Features

• Handouts
  You are now able to attach handouts or other downloadable files up to 10MB to your talks! Simply click … next to the talk title on your talks page, and you’ll see a new option called Manage Media. There you can easily add files that your attendees can access when they view the talk.
• API
  In addition to their Zapier beta, Business plan customers can now access their API which is currently also in beta. You can find this under Event Setup/API Settings.
• Automatic Affiliate Links
  If you’re running an online summit and are also a registered affiliate, any HeySummit branding is now automatically linked with your partner account. You’ll benefit from any attendee who finds out about the platform through your event.
• More Payout Information
  They’ve revised the payouts page with more information about your sales, and the various platforms and fees you’re ticket sales are subject too. This way you’ll get more information about how your tickets sell on HeySummit.
• LiveWebinar Integration
  LiveWebinar has joined Zoom and BigMarker and offers complete integration with the HeySummit platform!

In other news, HeySummit now integrates with EarlyParrot, a popular referral marketing platform, that allows you to increase awareness of your events. As of February 2020, HeySummit supports Remo which helps you create hyper-interactive networking and webinar talks. Simply create an event inside HeySummit and your attendees will be redirected to Remo without the need for additional logins.
