The Vulnerability Updates addon, codename WPVulns, informs you about vulnerability issues on your installed plugin and theme versions as well as WordPress core. It will then recommend to update to the latest versions by providing a change log along with a link to the WPScan Vulnerability Database.

Please note that this is working only if vulnerabilities have been identified and security updates have been released.
