New Advanced Form Block

For many years Kadence Blocks had a basic form block for simple contact forms and newsletter subscription forms. By popular demand, they have released the first phase of a much more advanced form builder. Meet the new dynamic and extendable Kadence Advanced Form Block, which is stored as a custom post type so it can be edited from within a page or from a forms area in the WordPress admin.

Check out the features:

  • Basic wizard for creating new forms with preset styles.
  • Inline and float label styles.
  • New input fields such as file upload, date, etc.
  • Advanced styling options for checkboxes and radio buttons.
  • Dark background support.
  • Support for reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha and Turnstile to eliminate bot and spam form submissions.
  • ConvertKit integration (Pro feature).

Conditional fields aka conditional logic and more will be added soon. Stay tuned!

The new Progress Bar block is available in three shapes that can be used to show progress through a process, as well as other completion-oriented values. It offers many settings along with engaging animations.

What’s More?

Kadence Blocks has also released new editing settings, including an option to edit the name of a block in list view. It is now possible to use YouTube and Vimeo videos as background videos for rows. In addition, Padding/Margin shows inherited sizes for tablet and mobile, Section Block now has vertical row gap settings, and the gradient controller includes a location input for precise placement.

As for the Pro version, it has been refactored for improved stability and performance. Next up is Kadence AI, global styles, a new Repeater block for ACF and Meta Box repeater fields and much more.
