MotionElements are also providing a so-called GIF Creator. It intuitively allows you to edit your GIF in terms of duration, size, speed and loop type.
Please note that multiple GIFs generated from a single image will count as 1 download only. The Starter plan for $9 allows you to download 30 images per month.
