Welcome to the 🥳 150th issue of The Pier. LatePoint 5.5.0 and Pro 1.5.0 introduce no-show restrictions for repeat offenders, offering the option to either block future appointment bookings or require upfront payment. There is also a new ‘Meeting Link Mode’ for group bookings. You can configure this per service to determine whether all attendees share a single meeting link or receive individual links. This feature is available when supported providers such as Google Meet or Zoom are enabled.

Rebranding: Themeum has rebranded Droip as Kirki. It’s the first freeform canvas builder for WordPress.

Track Every Page Your Customers Visits Before Checkout

👋 New Page Browsing History Add-On

On the last day of release week, the FluentCart team shipped a new Page Browsing History add-on for the Pro version of the WordPress e-commerce plugin.

Put simply, you know what your customers bought. But not why. Which page pulled them in? Where did they actually come from? That’s where this add-on comes in.

Every order now shows the full trail of pages that your customers visited before checking out. All inside FluentCart. Simply open an order to see their journey.

With the first and last referrer, real attribution is tied to a real sale. The session is copied into the order, so the history is saved forever. All this is privacy-first. There is just one anonymous cookie.

WordPress

SureForms 2.8.1 finally allows you to set dynamic default values for dropdown and multi-choice fields. In addition, Bigin by Zoho CRM is now available as a native integration. The Kit integration now allows you to map multiple forms, tags and sequences from a single submission.

Perfmatters 2.6.2 automatically optimizes and lazy loads Elementor Atomic YouTube elements and legacy video widgets when the iFrame Lazy Loading feature is enabled. YouTube preview thumbnails and Elementor image overlays are also supported.

SchemaWP provides an agent-driven workflow for Automatic.css. This enables you to read ACSS tokens, push changes to your site, and save settings as presets using Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any other MCP-compatible client.

ACPT 2.1 introduces support for custom content tables, enabling you to store structured data in dedicated database tables rather than relying solely on WordPress meta fields. Coming soon: Extended compatibility with Mosaic.

Umbrella Skill is a new Claude Code plugin that connects Claude directly to the WP Umbrella Public API. This allows you to communicate with your sites and utilize AI capabilities.

WP ULike 5.0.3 adds support for the WordPress ‘Export Personal Data’ and ‘Erase Personal Data’ tools for votes stored under a user account.

E-Commerce

FluentCart 1.3.23 adds VAT numbers to PDF receipts. Great news for B2B customers in the EU, UK and other VAT regions.

Independent Analytics 2.14.9 introduces a new form tracking integration for Request a Quote for WooCommerce. This allows you to view the number of quote requests received from each traffic source and UTM campaign.

Affiliate & Referral Marketing

The new MCP server allows you to integrate Partnero directly into your AI workflows, providing instant access to data and enabling you to trigger actions. Access partner, customer and programme data directly from AI tools. Build custom integrations tailored to your processes. Reduce manual work and speed up everyday tasks.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

MailerLite’s new Custom Reports tool allows you to create dashboards that track the most important metrics, helping you to identify what is and isn’t working. These advanced analytics tools allow you to identify the content that consistently drives sales, your most engaged groups, and changes in deliverability over time.

Mailercloud introduces a new email verifier. Use Bulk Verify to clean your entire list in one go. Simply upload your contact file (CSV, XLS or XLSX) and it will run every address through live SMTP checks, rather than just a format check. Invalid, risky and disposable addresses are flagged and filtered out, ensuring that your campaign reaches real inboxes every time. With Quick Verify, you can instantly spot-check any address.

Pabbly Email Marketing introduces a new Bulk Update Subscribers feature. This allows you to update multiple subscribers at once, adding or removing tags, moving lists or updating custom fields, all in just a few clicks. With Subscriber Activity Tracking, you can track every step of your subscribers’ interaction with your emails, from sending to opening to clicking, as well as bounces (both soft and hard) and unsubscribes, all in one place.

Transactional Email

MailerSend now offers blocklist monitoring that automatically checks your IP addresses and domains against blocklists, providing early warnings before your sender reputation is affected. Coming soon: WhatsApp integration.

AI Blog Writer

In your Contentpen article editor, alongside your SEO score, you will now find a full GEO Score panel. This tells you exactly how visible your content is to AI engines and what you need to fix.

LMS / E-Learning

Tutor LMS 4.0 introduces a new Kids Mode, which is currently in beta. Designed for younger learners, it offers a distraction-free interface to help students stay focused and deliver a more approachable and engaging experience. It also adapts your course to suit different learning needs.

Uxcel’s new Product Management Terminology course covers over 60 terms that product teams use every day. You will decode planning concepts such as backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria, learn when to apply RICE, MoSCoW, ICE or the Eisenhower matrix, and develop the fluency required to discuss business metrics such as CAC, ARR, NPS and lifetime value in strategic conversations.

Community

FluentCommunity 2.4.0 introduces bulk member imports. Import WP users from existing WordPress accounts or from another space or course. CSV import with auto-creation of missing users is also supported. There is also a new FluentCRM tag that can be used to pull in everyone carrying a specific tag, with optional account creation.

Group messaging is now available in FluentCommunity Chat. You can now start conversations with multiple people at once. It uses the same real-time delivery and notifications that you already use, but for groups. This is perfect for cohort discussions, project teams or support pods that do not belong in a public space.

SEO

Both SureRank Core 1.7.2 and SureRank Premium 1.6.2 now support multilingual websites. In the free version, it supports WPML, Polylang and TranslatePress out of the box. The Premium version’s AI generator and Link Manager (see The Pier #148) now automatically recognize the language of each post. Also: SureRank is now compatible with WP Ghost.

With SureRank Pro, Open Graph images are now automatically generated for every page and post. Full SEO metabox compatibility with Breakdance is now available in both the Core and Pro versions.

LinkedIn Automation

HeyReach announces a new native HubSpot integration with two-way sync.

Web Development

Polyscope for Windows is now available! It has the same architecture as the macOS app, so you can now enjoy all the features initially designed for Mac on your preferred OS. Polyscope for Linux is coming next!

Automation

Similar to OttoKit and FlowMattic, Pabbly Connect now also has a ‘Human in the Loop’ feature. It allows your workflow to pause and wait for manual approval. The approver can then review the request and approve or reject it, after which the workflow will either continue or stop automatically.

Social Media

With Publer, you can now automatically send failed or already scheduled posts back to your scheduling queue.

With replient.ai, you can now like Instagram comments directly. With the new AI Sidekick, you can easily request any information you need about your comments. For example, you can find out what customers have been most interested in over the last two months.

The Nuelink API is now available in alpha, enabling you to create and schedule posts, add follow-up comments to posts, and much more besides. It supports text, images, videos and polls.

Customer Testimonials

Feedspace‘s new MCP Server is currently in beta and allows you to connect your account to ChatGPT or Claude. For example, you can ask it to show you your top-rated testimonials from the last 30 days or create a carousel widget using only 5-star reviews.
