OttoKit Introduces New Human in the Loop App

Following the recent launch of AI agents, Abhay from OttoKit (formerly SureTriggers) has just announced the launch of a new Human in the Loop app for the workflow automation platform.

Human in the Loop is a new OttoKit core app that allows you to add real-time human approvals to any part of your automation workflows. This ensures that critical steps don’t proceed without human oversight.

Use Case

A candidate submits a CV through your application form, which triggers your workflow. Next, OpenAI or another AI model such as Claude or DeepSeek pulls out key details such as experience, education and skills. The Human in the Loop action can then send an approval request to your HR manager via email or WhatsApp.

After a click on ‘approve’ or ‘reject’, OttoKit will take the next step – such as sending a Slack message, scheduling an interview, or stopping the workflow altogether.
