Ability To Turn Popups On & Off

Enable Popups

One of the most frequently asked questions about Popup Maker is how to stop a popup without having to delete it immediately. However, the previous options were never intuitive or simple. But now all published pop-ups have a button to “enable” or “disable”.

By default, all pop-ups are enabled. However, if you want to deactivate a pop-up, you can now click on the Enabled button to turn it off!

Formidable Forms Integration

Popup Maker already integrates with many WordPress form plugins, including Ninja Forms and Gravity Forms. But since they are always looking for other popular form plugins, they now support Formidable Forms too.

This integration allows you to:

  • Trigger a pop-up to open when someone submits a form
  • Automatically close a popup when someone submits a form inside the popup
  • Set a cookie (to prevent the popup from opening again) when someone submits a form inside the popup

Error Log Tools

Popup Maker has already had an error log for some time, but to see it you had to access your server via FTP and search for it in the uploads folder. In this update they have added a new tab to the “Tools” page of Popup Maker so that you can view, download and clear the error logs.

New Minimal Popup Theme For Page Builders

Page Builder Support

Many users of Popup Maker want to embed content created in a page builder such as Elementor or Beaver Builder into their popups. This has been possible before, but it has taken a lot of time and adjustments to a pop-up theme to get it right.

So in this update they have added a new pop-up theme “Content Only – For use with page builders or block editor” that you can use for pop-up windows that contain content designed elsewhere!
