With PublishPress Future 4.0, you can now schedule changes using advanced drag and drop workflows. Here are just a few examples of what’s possible:

  • Change the status of the post to “trash” one month after it was published.
  • Unpublish posts three months after they were last updated.
  • 15 days after the post is published, move the post to “Draft” status and add a new category.
  • One year after a post has been published, send an email to the author asking them to review the content.

Best of all: You don’t have to learn how to use it, because the PublishPress Future workflow builder is intuitive to use and designed to look just like the WordPress block editor.
