PublishPress just announced the arrival of Revisions 3. The plugin allows you to safely make changes to WordPress posts and now features a new workflow.

PublishPress Revisions 3
With PublishPress Revisions you can edit a post and submit the changes for feedback and approval to your team members – all prior to it being published on your website. It is also possible to schedule these changes to go live at a later date.
After months of hard work, PublishPress introduced a new workflow in version 3.0. It just takes four simple steps to copy a post and make changes:
- Click “New Revision”, which directs the editor to an unmodified copy of the original post.
- Make your changes to the post.
- Save your post revision.
- Go to the “Revision Queue” to view and approve these changes.
Team members who have the appropriate capabilities can then continue to manage the revision. They have the following options: Go to revision queue list, compare changes, view active post version, edit the revision, and finally approve and publish the revision.
