SEOPress 4.5

  • Compatibility Center
Non-technical users are now able to apply some of the SEOPress hooks in just one click at SEO > Tools > Compatibility Center. For example, this allows you to automatically generate meta descriptions for page builders.
  • HTML Sitemap Enhancements
You can now pass the new argument “cpt” for the shortcode to include specific post types such as [seopress_html_sitemap cpt=”post, product”]. They also added a new option to the HTML sitemap settings that allows you to remove links from archive pages, e.g. Products.
  • New Import Tools
You are now able to migrate SEO data from Platinum SEO Pack, SmartCrawl and SEOPressor. Head over to SEO > Tools > Plugins for the migration wizard.
  • Local Business With Split Opening Hours
Finally, SEOPress’ global local business schema now supports multiple aka split opening hours, e.g. morning and afternoon opening hours. Previously, this was only possible on a page basis.

In other news, they added the following two checks to the content analysis: Do you have missing or duplicated H1 tags? Is the content of your post linked from any other pages? In addition, Toolset custom fields are now automatically added to their Schema feature. Finally, they improved compatibility with Elementor, Divi and Oxygen.

SEOPress Pro comes with a very low price tag of just $39 per year for unlimited sites.
