Supademo Introduces Conditional Branching of Product Demos

Shortly after launching a new Zoom & Pan feature, Supademo has released another major update to its interactive product demo platform. Say hello to conditional branching, gated access, chapters and more.

Conditional Branching

As the name suggests, conditional branching allows you to create more engaging, personalized product demos by allowing your visitors to choose their own demo journey within your Supademo.

You can add multiple CTAs with their own unique target URL or demo steps to chapters (see below). You can also set a unique target demo step for hotspots.

Formerly known as overlays and CTAs, Supademo Chapters can be used to capture leads, password protect demos or add conditional branching. Multiple chapters can be added to a Supademo and CTA buttons can be linked to any external link or to a step.

Gated Access

You can now collect email addresses from leads via a mandatory or optional email form in a Chapter. Note that lead analytics and integrations will be released in a future update. In addition, you can also password protect a Supademo.

Finally, Supademo has introduced monthly demo recaps, highlighting the top product demos in your personal and shared workspace. These emails are sent automatically on the last day of each month.

Conditional Branching and Gated Access are only available to Scale and Enterprise customers. Monthly recaps are also available for Pro customers and Chapters are available on all plans.
